Shipping and Delivery

Not going to be in? We can ship to a local stockist for collection if home delivery is not convenient. Collection will be charged at the same rate as standard delivery.

Delivery times may vary depending on the product. The shipping options provide an estimated delivery time, which is not guaranteed. If there are exceptions, such as needing a special carrier or if the delivery address is not easily accessible, delivery times may be longer.

If your order is late, please contact customer service, who will be able to provide information on your order.

Some items are non-refundable. For more information, please see individual product pages for specific details. This will also be highlighted next to the item in the basket during checkout.

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, the delivery address cannot be changed. If you order is being shipped to the wrong address contact customer service.

If an order has been placed that requires cancellation, please contact customer services to discuss options.

Non-trade orders are placed through the Sparex website but fulfilled by local dealerships.
Sparex will send you an order confirmation and shipping documents, and for invoices, please contact the Sparex dealer handling your order using the contact details provided in your order email.
